The Practise of Walking Meditation

You could also explore walking meditation. Walk in a slow and relaxed pace with a balanced breath. Listen to sounds and deep quietude of a forrest, exploring awareness meditation of just leaving thoughts and feelings as they are, leaving your mind in natural awareness. You can rest your awareness with your breath - slowly breathing in and slowly breathing out. Following your breath as it becomes one with your pace.
